SIAIO Terms of Service
Terms for the B2B testing version. Before public sale, the operator must complete legal identity, pricing, SLA, payment terms and data-processing agreements.
1. Service
SIAIO analyzes websites, organizes SEO/GEO, Search Console and AI Visibility data and prepares recommendations. Results support decisions and do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.
2. Account and responsibility
Accounts are created by adults acting for professional or business purposes. One account may belong to several isolated organizations, each retaining its own websites, team, settings and integrations. Users protect credentials, provide a valid email and are responsible for people invited to an organization. The organization Owner manages its roles and access and represents that they are authorized to act for it, including when exporting or requesting permanent deletion. The global platform Owner has administrative organization access solely for support, security and service operation.
3. Websites and permissions
Customers may add only websites and sources they own or are authorized by the owner to connect. An organization Owner or Admin makes an explicit authority attestation. Before deeper crawling or automation, SIAIO requires a public DNS/HTTP proof or a matching Search Console property with siteOwner permission; a lower Search Console permission is data-read access only and does not confirm authority. Without confirmation, at most one limited public homepage audit is available. One confirmed domain may be actively assigned to only one organization. A time-limited webmaster link provides instructions only and grants no account access. SIAIO does not ask for hosting, domain, WordPress or Google passwords. Site Bridge may not deploy changes outside explicitly granted scope; publishing features will be released gradually.
4. AI and content
AI may be wrong. Verified facts and human approval take precedence. Customers must not submit secrets, sensitive personal data or third-party content without legal authority.
5. Acceptable use
Circumventing permissions, scanning third-party systems, overloading the service, spam, fraud, copyright infringement and unlawful profiling are prohibited. Access may be suspended to protect users and infrastructure.
6. Testing version and termination
The testing version may change and has no commercial SLA yet. Users may export and delete their account after transferring any sole Owner role. An Owner may export the organization and — after re-authentication, active MFA, a fresh export and typed confirmations — start a seven-day period before permanent deletion. The operation may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processed, active organization data cannot be recovered in the panel and its members lose access; their accounts remain only if they also belong to another organization. The operator may end testing after notice, except for urgent security events.
